Our Core Services

We do not sell guards, cameras, alarm panels, software licences or monitoring, and we take no referral fee from anyone who does. There is no version of our report that makes us money. Our recommendation is the only thing we sell — which is the reason you can hand it to your board.

Threat & Vulnerability Assessment

Find out where you are actually exposed — ranked by what it would cost you.

Most organizations do not have a security problem they can name. They have a set of assumptions nobody has tested: that the gate is watched, that the badge list is current, that someone would notice a stranger in the yard, that the guard contract is being performed as written. We test those assumptions and tell you plainly what we found.

We examine the perimeter and approaches, access control as it is actually practised rather than as the policy reads, camera coverage against real blind spots, lighting, lock hardware and key control, alarm and response arrangements, guard performance against the post orders, emergency procedures, and single-point-of-failure areas. We interview the people who work the doors, not only the people who manage them. If your workforce is Spanish-speaking, those conversations happen in Spanish.

What you receive: a written assessment with an executive summary a non-security reader can absorb in five minutes; a findings register listing each vulnerability with a plain description, a photograph, and a rating for likelihood and consequence; and a prioritized remediation plan sorted into what costs nothing and can be done this week, what is a low-cost fix, and what belongs in next year's capital budget. Each recommendation names an owner. We then brief your leadership in person and answer questions for thirty days at no charge.

Typical timeline: two to four weeks from kickoff to delivered report.

Investment: single-site assessments start at $8,500. Multi-site and district-wide programs are priced by site count — the second and subsequent sites cost substantially less than the first. The scoping call is free and you get a firm number before any work begins.

Physical Security Consulting

Design and program work for organizations that already know what they need to fix.

Where an assessment tells you what is wrong, this is the work of putting it right: security program design, policy and post-order development, access control and surveillance specification written to be tendered, CPTED input on new construction and renovation, and independent review of a design somebody else produced.

We do not sell, install or resell guards, cameras, alarm panels, software or monitoring, and we take no referral fee from anyone who does. Our recommendation is the only thing we sell, which is the reason you can act on it.

What you receive: written specifications, drawings and policy documents your team can put out to bid — and, where you want it, evaluation of the bids that come back.

Investment: scoped to the engagement.

Emergency Operations & Common Operating Picture Integration

When something happens, everyone should be looking at the same screen.

Most organizations manage an incident across a group text, two phone calls, a radio and somebody's notebook — then reconstruct what happened afterwards from memory. A common operating picture replaces that with one shared view: who has been notified, who is en route, what has been done, and what is still open.

We map how an incident actually travels through your organization today, then configure the platform around that reality — your incident types, report forms, escalation trees and call-out lists, duty rosters, site and floor plans, equipment and readiness records. We write the procedures to match, train your operators and your executives separately, and run a tabletop exercise so the first time your team uses it is not during a real incident.

What you receive: a configured, live platform your organization owns; written standard operating procedures and one-page role cards; trained operators; a tabletop exercise with a written after-action report; and thirty days of support after go-live. Documentation and training available in Spanish.

Typical timeline: four to eight weeks.

Investment: from $17,500 for configuration, training and 30-day support. Your platform licence is purchased directly from the vendor at their price — we are not a reseller and take no commission on it.

Intelligence-Informed Threat Briefings

What is actually happening around your operation, in language your executives can use.

An assessment is a snapshot. Conditions on this border change faster than an annual review cycle. These briefings keep your leadership current on what is moving in the specific areas where you operate — cargo theft and extortion patterns on your freight routes, protest and civil disturbance activity, disruption at the crossings, criminal displacement into the neighborhoods around your sites, and shifts that affect your workforce's commute.

We define your geography and your assets first — which plants, which routes, which crossings, which neighborhoods your people live in — then work from open sources, reporting on both sides of the border, sector channels and practitioner networks. The value is not the raw information. It is the judgment about which parts apply to you.

What you receive: a written brief of roughly five to ten pages plus a live thirty-minute briefing with time for questions, delivered monthly or quarterly. Written for executives, not for analysts. Available in English, Spanish or both — which matters when the same brief has to reach your leadership in El Paso and your plant management in Juárez.

Investment: standing programs from $4,500 per briefing. Single briefings for a specific trip, site or decision are priced individually.

Protective Skills Training for Executives & Families

The most dependable protection a family has is what they notice and how they behave.

We train principals, spouses, age-appropriate children, drivers and household staff to recognize hostile interest early, to avoid being selected in the first place, and to act while a protective decision is still available to them. Instruction is private and delivered in your own environment — your routes, your residence, the places you actually go — rather than in a classroom. Taught in English or Spanish, and taught without drama: the objective is competence and calm, not alarm.

Course content is built against your specific exposure and released only under a signed agreement. We do not publish what we teach, for the same reason we do not publish who we teach — the value of these skills to your family depends on nobody else knowing which ones they have.

What you receive: the instruction itself, a short written reference for the family to keep, and a follow-up session to confirm what held.

Investment: discussed after an initial confidential conversation.
